Conversation volume reflects:

* visibility of your entry points,
* channel-level exposure.

### Messages

A high message volume can indicate:

* strong engagement,
* or unclear responses.

Always compare this number with conversation volume.

### Bounce rate

Bounce rate measures how well your bot retains users from the first message.

Use it to improve welcome prompts and early replies.
