Sign up and activation
Sign-up creates your working environment. When you create your account:- you define a primary user,
- you create a unique workspace,
- you get default settings.
The workspace is the core unit in BotGround.All bots, data, and integrations are attached to it.
Email verification
You must verify your email to secure access. This step helps you:- confirm workspace ownership,
- receive critical notifications,
- unlock advanced features.
Common activation issues
If activation fails, first check:- the email address you entered,
- your spam folder,
- whether the verification link has expired,
- whether the account was already activated.
First workspace login
On first login, your environment is empty. This is expected. You do not have active bots or collected data yet. Use this phase to:- explore the interface,
- understand the navigation flow,
- create your first bot.

Quick Start reduces setup friction. You can use it to:- test quickly,
- validate an idea,
- get first user feedback.
